I'm Kunal. I'm an engineer and a Henselmans-certified coach. I build your training and nutrition from the research, and then I adjust them based on how your body actually responds.

Why most programs stop working after a couple of months
If you've been lifting for a while, you've probably run a program you found online. It likely worked at first, because almost anything works at the start. Then progress slowed, you weren't sure whether to push through or change something, and eventually you moved to a different program and went through the same thing again.
[If this was you too, say so here in one or two lines with a real detail. It will be the most convincing thing on the page.]
In my experience the problem is rarely effort. A program written for thousands of people has no way of knowing how much volume you recover from, what your work week looks like, or which exercises suit your build. And when it stalls, nobody is looking at your numbers to work out why. That is the part I do.

How I work
I start with what the research says works for most people with your goal and training experience. That gives us a sensible first version of your program. It's still an estimate, though, because people respond quite differently to the same training and the same calories.
So from the first week you track a few things: bodyweight, your main lifts, a few measurements, photos every couple of weeks, and how closely you stuck to the plan. At each check-in I go through all of it and decide whether to leave the plan alone or change something. When I change something, I change one thing at a time so we can tell what made the difference.
Menno Henselmans calls this the Bayesian approach, and his PT Course, where I certified, is built around it. It's also how I was taught to solve problems as an engineer, so it never felt like a special fitness method to me. If you can measure the result, this is just the sensible way to work.

What coaching includes
01
A training program written for you.
I build it around your goal, schedule, equipment, training history, and the exercises you enjoy or can't do. You'll have it within 48 to 72 hours of signing up. If you want to know why any exercise or rep range is in there, ask me and I'll explain it.
02
Nutrition targets and the knowledge to hit them.
I set your calories and macros, then help you build a way of eating around food you already like. There's more on this below because I do it differently from most coaches.
03
Regular check-ins.
Every [week / two weeks] you send me your numbers and photos. I review them and adjust your training or nutrition when the data calls for it.
04
Direct messaging with me.
You can message me on WhatsApp or Instagram whenever something comes up: a form video, a question about a meal, a week where work gets in the way. It's always me replying, and I usually get back to you within [X] hours.
05
Why you won't get a meal plan from me
I don't write meal plans, and some people are surprised by that. My issue with them is that they only work while you follow them exactly. The first time you travel, eat at a restaurant, or get tired of the food, you're stuck, because the plan never taught you how to make those decisions yourself.
What I do is set your targets and teach you how to hit them with food you enjoy. For the first few weeks that means more effort from you than copying a plan would, and probably a lot of questions, which is fine. After that, most clients can handle eating out, travel and family events on their own. I would rather you finish coaching and not need me for nutrition again.
06
How to get started
Email me with your goal and a little about your training so far.
I'll send you the onboarding questionnaire and pricing for 6, 12 and 24 weeks. The more detail you give me in the form, the better your program will be.
We have a call to go through your answers and make sure coaching is a good fit for you. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so.
Once payment is done, you get your program within 48 to 72 hours.
You train and track, I review and adjust, and we repeat that for the length of your coaching.
07
6, 12 or 24 weeks
6weeks
6 weeks is enough to get your training and nutrition set up, learn how to track properly, and see how your body responds. Treat it as a trial run. You shouldn't expect a dramatic visual change in six weeks, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
12weeks
12 weeks covers one full fat loss or muscle gain phase, with room for several adjustments along the way. Most people start here.
24weeks
24 weeks lets us run more than one phase, for example a cut followed by a slow gaining phase. If you're after a change that other people notice, this is the more realistic timeline.
I quote pricing individually. Email [email protected] and I'll send it over.

Who I work best with
I do my best work with people who are already fairly disciplined, or who genuinely want to become that way. Most of my clients are working professionals and younger lifters who enjoy training and want to understand the reasoning behind their program. I've also coached older clients who did very well, so I don't care much about age. What I care about is whether you'll track your food and training honestly and stay with the plan for longer than a couple of weeks.
It's probably not a good fit if you want a very fast transformation, a meal plan you can follow without thinking, or someone to push you into the gym every day. I can give you a good plan and a lot of support. I can't do the training and eating for you, and I'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid.

FAQ
I've paid for coaching before and got a generic template. How is this different?
You fill in a detailed questionnaire and we have a call before I write anything. Once you have the program, you can ask me why any part of it is there. If a coach can't answer that question, you're probably looking at a template.
I work long hours. Will this fit?
Most of my clients work full time. Tell me how many days and how much time you realistically have, and I'll program for that. A three-day plan you actually follow will do more for you than a six-day plan you keep missing.
I'm a beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
No. Beginners make the fastest progress of anyone, and learning good technique and proper tracking early will save you a lot of wasted time later.
Do I need a fully equipped gym?
It helps, but it isn't required. Tell me what you have access to and I'll work with it.
Why isn't pricing on the site?
It depends on the duration you pick. Email me and I'll send you the prices. You don't need to get on a call just to see a number.
What happens if I'm not making progress?
We'll usually see it in your check-in data within two or three weeks, and then I change something. Sometimes it's the plan and sometimes it's adherence, and I'll be honest with you about which one it is.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and I'd be careful with any coach who does. What I can say is that clients who follow the plan and check in consistently make progress. [Replace with a real stat when you have one, e.g. "X of my last Y clients who completed 12 weeks..."]

Want to work together?
If this sounds like the way you want to train, email me at [email protected] with your goal and a bit about your training so far. I'll reply with the questionnaire and pricing, and we can set up a call from there.
